Our Turkeys are selected after a strict process. Every one of our turkeys passed our inspection to ensure food safety. Each turkey are washed three times over and full body massage this is why our Canaan Turkey are always tender and juicy.

食用建議:

火雞是已經完全熟的,但要先解凍好。若要吃熱的,可以烤箱回溫的方法,燻火雞也可以吃冷的:
蔗香燻火雞烤箱回溫的方法:
 - 預熱烤箱325°F。將火雞完全裹在鋁箔上,在頂部留下一個小開口。
在下面的架子上放一小盆水。加熱火雞約45至60分鐘。請記住,火雞是已經完全熟的,
所以你只想要加熱它。過度加熱會使熏火雞變得過乾。

Whole Smoked Turkey- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Wrap turkey completely in foil and leave a small opening at the top. Place a small pan of water on the shelf below. Heat the turkey for approximately 45 to 60 minutes. Remember, the turkey is fully cooked so you only want to warm it. Over heating will dry out the whole smoked turkey.
