This is the most authentic Stinky Tofu I have ever had in the US. One bite immediately brings me back home. The texture of the tofu is awesome. The pickles and the sauce are superb companions, too.
My family likes the dish, not too greasy and it goes with rice well. I have ordered it a few times.
This is the only food that he makes. The full packet of sauce is too salty for him. So he puts lots of water to dilute. He enjoys plain soup the next meal. So yum.
蒲燒鰻魚真是肉多量足, 配菜也很好，看起來非常吸引人, 非常可惜 可能是醬𩸆的時間不夠或是醬计味道不夠濃，吃起來仍然有點魚腥味,， 希望能夠改善, 抱歉沒能給更好的評語.
