味道不错,但是米是散的不是紧紧包着那种,不是糯米那种黏黏的那种口感。有点像扎的不紧或者火候不够那种感觉。我自己又接着煮,不知道能不能再加工成我喜欢的口感。

It’s okay, taste a bid bland. The egg bits get dry and hard. I prefer Mushrooms and Vegetable version. Hope you can bring it back.
I ordered two, mistaken g this as the similar dish in Lunar New Year Special Six Blessings Platter. It was the right balance of heat and flavors. But the pickled chilliest in his version was just too overpowering for me. I soaked in cold water but it still “bites”. It would be a shame to throw away. Will have to find a way to savage it.
This dish is well made in general, love bamboo shoots in there. Bug it is too sweet for my taste. In general I dislike sugar in my dish.
It’s well prepared. If you can find a way to cut down the salt. It will be perfect.
I ordered the original version a while ago. Although I love spicy food, it was way too spicy for me. This current mild version is kind of too mild and flavirs not quite balanced.
Nice texture. Not greasy. I mighty have cooked them in the soup for too long and they lost some flavor. Therefore, they tasted mildly seasoned.
