This is what I’ve been looking for, a Taiwanese pork mung bean mooncake! I haven’t had one of these in decades yet still remember and been wanting one all these years. Delicious and flaky. The pork is a bit rougher than I remembered, but the taste is right on. Not too sweet and well balanced.

Can be added to a side dish. soup, or hot pot. Very convenient.
For several years in a row, I have ordered this pastry for Mid-Autumn Festival. My family and friends all love the flavors and textures of the fillings in this pastry very much. It is a very special kind of moon cake.

Sakura Shrimp Sticky Rice reminds me of my grandmother’s cooking back in Taiwan. It’s very tasty and filling. I would definitely be ordering this again!

芋頭糕煎好後呈現微微透明狀 感覺太白粉和在來米粉的比率失衡 太白粉量過多 應該是為讓芋頭糕呈現QQ狀 有點失望
