This is the first time I ordered 麻辣雙牛from Canaan. The flavor is very good. I add some green onion, cilantro and sesame oil. It tastes even better.
This is the first time I saw Canaan offered this item. I love snacking on duck necks so I had to order them. The flavor is very good, not too salty and not too sweet. The texture is good too. It's not too dry. Will order again when they are available.
I have ordered this item few times in the past. It's tasty and easy to prepare. The noodle is not like the regular dry noodle. It's more like freshly made noodle. The beef and the soup taste authentic. It's a great idea to order extra and put it in the freezer when you need a quick meal.

Kids love the sweet taste of the Spare Ribs, plus the size of each piece is larger than the ones sold at Costco. Great deal and will purchase again.
