I would be taste better if the detailed instructions were provided. For example, taro was placed early so the soup became thick and mushy.
We enjoyed this pork hock with bamboo shoots. It is expensive but worth it.
I am not sure miso sauce goes with halibut. To me, braised or black bean suits better.
