Very tasty but tends to be in a salty side

Yummy. Just right amount of "mala". Lots of sauce. So glad, I took a chance and bought three bags. Plan to add noodles with one of them to make a vegetarian meal next time.
I ordered this dish first time, love the taste right away. The tofu and the veggie with the sauce is very flavorful!

Very tasty smoked turkey and came nicely sliced. But it was way too salty for our taste. It was saltier than any other smoked meats I ordered before. Everyone is health conscious these days. Something heavily salted wouldn’t be my choice. But overall the package is a great deal!

Egg Toufu is so soft and tender. Scallop sauce makes the egg tofu tasty. Beautiful presentation!
This is the 2nd time I ordered the smoked turkey. It’s tasted good and not dry at all. Easy to serve with cold. The delivery is on time.
Will definitely order for next year too.
Because of the online reviews, I bought 4 packs/orders (12 Changhua Taiwanese Meat ball in total).
First, I was disappointed that one bag of sauce for each order (not 2 bags of sauce as shown on the website). It turned out one bag of sauce for 3 pcs of Changhua Taiwanese Meat ball was NOT enough for me.
Second, the dough is very thick (My guests told me that they were busy chewing the dough.). The small meat patty is about the size of the mushroom. Very little bamboo shoots, a few thin threads. Far from the amount which is shown on the website's picture. I hoped the first opened pack was a bad sample. I hope the rest of 9 pcs Changhua Taiwanese Meat ball will be better stuffed.

Too dry and less meat on bones. Flavor is ok, Chinese herbs. Very sweet from honey and not much garlic flavor.

Love the smoked flavor, meat is tender and juicy even after the reheat. Well done!
I can understand Salmon is one of those dishes hard to stay fresh from large volume cooking especially after the reheat. Mine is a bit tough in texture and did not taste very fresh. Black truffle butter sauce is a bit heavy for me. Suggest consider to improve in these two areas. But overall, presentation is well done.
