We enjoyed these garlic-honey ribs as a part of the Thanksgiving feast, and everyone commented how moist and tender the ribs were. I had carved these ribs to make them easier to serve, and was able to cut them easily using only a small steak knife. The flavor was delicious too - well seasoned and not too salty or sweet.

The spareribs are tender and tasty. It's convenient when you don't have time to cook. I'll stock up when it's on sale. another missing star is for a bit salty too me.
